We are looking for an Industrial Controller to support the financial management and reporting of the factory operations. This role bridges finance and operations, providing actionable insights on production costs, inventory, and efficiency metrics to guide management decisions. The position is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite per week).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Support cost accounting activities, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.Monitor and analyze production efficiency, material usage, and labor costs.Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to improve financial transparency and cost control.Maintain accurate ERP and reporting system data (e.g., bills of materials, routings).Perform cash flow monitoring, expense tracking, and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.Contribute to internal controls and compliance with company policies.Identify process improvement opportunities in reporting and cost management.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel modeling skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 is a plus) and Business Intelligence tools.Good planning and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
