brRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Accounts Manager role based in Dubai. The Regional Accounts Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of key customers in the assigned region, focusing on packaging machinery and materials. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The Regional Accounts Manager will also analyze regional market trends, identify new business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
brProven experience in regional or key account management, preferably in packaging, industrial equipment, or related B2B sectors.
brAbility to analyze market data, develop account plans, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
brExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
brFluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or other regional languages is an advantage.
brProficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for account tracking and reporting.
brBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
brSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal supervision.
