Key Responsibilities:
Apply cybersecurity good practices and administer IAM platforms and environments.
Provide support for incidents and service requests according to the agreed service catalog.
Perform upgrades, patches, and health checks of CyberArk components.
Handle critical incidents (possible on-call) and ensure proper response times.
Document technical and functional activities.
Collaborate closely with the client to ensure quality, effective communication, and SLA compliance.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in IAM administration (Cloud and/or On-prem).
Knowledge of IAM and/or PAM and security best practices.
Knowledge of incident and change management (ITSM, preferably ServiceNow).
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Professional English (B2+ level or above).
Availability for off-hours support only for critical incidents.
European nationality and residence within Europe.
Nice to Have:
Any IAM certifications (Sailpoint, Azure, CyberArk, etc.).
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networks (even if not directly in scope).
Previous experience in projects within the public or regulated sector.
