We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to support our growing international workforce. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and compliance support for remote teams, with a primary focus on Germany-based hiring and operations. This is a remote engagement , ideal for HR professionals who are experienced in working with distributed teams and international hiring processes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and documentation Assist in performance management processes and monthly evaluations Coordinate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and talent requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Executive Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations Experience handling remote or international teams (preferred) Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools Contract Details Type: Contractual / Freelance Mode: Fully Remote Location: Spain (Remote) Duration: As per business requirements Compensation: Competitive (discussed during interview) Why Join Us Work with a global, diverse workforce Flexible remote working environment Exposure to international HR operations and hiring practices Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on performance Skills Recruitment & Screening HR Operations Employee Engagement Communication Skills
