Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and supplies advanced insulation systems.The Company is on a strong growth trajectory, with significant revenue and profitability increases in recent years and ambitious plans for the future.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead and develop the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across our Spanish operations.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring full compliance with Spanish legislation and Group standards, while driving a proactive, safety‑first culture across multiple sites. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational support, working closely with site leadership to minimise risk and support operational excellence.Role ResponsibilitiesLead all Health, Safety and Environmental activity across the Anglesola and Burgos sitesAct as the key advisor to site leadership on HSE legislation, compliance and best practiceDevelop and implement HSE strategy aligned with Group objectivesDrive a strong safety‑first culture across all levels of the organisationEnsure HSE management systems are in place, maintained and continuously improvedMaintain compliance with ISO standards and Spanish regulatory requirementsLead incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implementedConduct audits, inspections and performance reviews to drive continuous improvementSupport operational teams with risk assessments, safe systems of work and hazard mitigationDesign and deliver HSE training and awareness initiativesPromote engagement and accountability for HSE across all employeesMonitor and report HSE performance metrics to site and Group leadershipWhat you’ll needRelevant HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and compliance requirementsExperience with ISO standards and HSE management systemsProven experience in an HSE leadership role within manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience driving cultural change and improving safety performanceStrong leadership and influencing skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilityFluent English is essential (both written and spoken)What were looking forA proactive and practical approach to problem solvingSomeone comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑onStrong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsA collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvementPassion for building a positive, safe and high‑performing working cultureZotefoams is an equal opportunity employer.
