Partners for Impact.**What you will do**:HR Manager reports directly to Global HR Lead within the Global People FunctionResponsible for HR function in Spain (3 locations: Barcelona, Madrid) with Madrid office as work locationAdditional responsibility for employees in Mexico and KSA, collaborating with relevant EOR organizationsOne direct report: People Advisor; over 100 colleagues in Spain expected to increaseOpportunity to make significant impact due to company's growth trajectoryDesired qualities: passion for people, collaboration, impactful contributions, innovation in HR practices- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law requirements and acting as an internal consultant- Develop a deep understanding of the business objectives, challenges, and culture to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational goals, whilst promoting positive employee relations and contributing to a supportive workplace atmosphere- Responsible for all HR processes, such as the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including internal mobility (NIE, Visas, etc) as well as conducting exit interviews, generating KPI reports, in order to make informed decisions etc.- Coordinate and/or work in special and cross-functional project teams, and / or international HR Projects- Develop, revise and implement HR policies and procedures in line with global policies- Supervise essential administrative functions like workforce management, payroll operations, social security, 7P, as well as FUNDAE procedures- Together with leadership and Global L&D, develop and implement local L&D plan- Provide leadership, guidance, and support in the daily HR operations and the professional development of your team**What you will bring**:- 5-10 years of professional-level experience in human resources, preferably in international, professional services organizations- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, Master’s degree advantageous- Extensive and relevant knowledge of Spanish labour law- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English- Excellent people, interpersonal and customer service skills - ability to create quality connections with diverse individuals- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to set the right priorities- Ability to deal with complex issues with integrity, professionally and confidentially, whilst aligning with all relevant stakeholders- Flexible mind-set, self-starter and comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity- Preferably you are located in Madrid and, because of our international setting, are willing to work outside of regular Spanish office hours from time to timeIn a changing world, diversity and inclusion are core values for team well-being and performance.
