We are looking for an strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Recruitment & Onboarding: Direct the full hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and job postings to interviews and smooth new-hire integration. Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator for conflict resolution, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, productive work environment. Compliance & Risk: Ensure company policies adhere to local, regional, and federal labor laws and regulations. Talent & Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and build employee development programs. Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and payroll structures to attract and retain top talent. HR Analytics: Monitor KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to provide data-driven insights to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with managerial or leadership duties. Strong ability to improve and implement HR processes. Exceptional conflict resolution, strategic thinking, negotiation, and in-depth knowledge of employment law. Good level of English.
