Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business next phase of growth with a robust plan for further value creation. The role will support the development and strengthening of our Group HR department and supporting directly our CHRO.Key responsibilities will include:Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments, travel reservations, expenses and draft meeting agendasManage administrative staff and control documentation generated by departmentsControl, manage and supply stock and materialManaging and updating distribution listsOrganizing events, adhoc support when neededOther agenda related tasks.Reporting line and locationThis role will report to our Executive Group HR Assistant. The position is based in Pozuelo de Alarcn (Spain's HQ Madrid).Candidate profileRequirements and competenciesWe are looking for ahigh potential, proactive and solution-oriented individual focused on driving value to the business who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job.2-5 yearsxperience supporting a C level executive, or other similar senior-level executive roles.Experience with an international company strongly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, AudioVisual systems and Social Media web platforms.FlexibilityExpert level written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
