We are looking for a senior HR leader who can think strategically, act hands‑on, and support a fast‑moving, international manufacturing organization. This role owns the full HR lifecycle and acts as a trusted partner to leadership during growth and change.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and company values
Act in a very hands‑on capacity, personally involved in day‑to‑day HR operations where needed
Directly manage and support recruitment activities, including senior and critical hires
Handle labor law–related matters, ensuring compliance across multiple geographies and advising management on employee relations topics
Identify HR trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and proactively propose practical solutions
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs
Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational change
Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support business decisions
Qualifications
10+ years of global HR experience, including 3+ years at Director or VP level
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
Strong HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation xcskxlj & benefits, learning & development, and employment law
Experience in startup or scale‑up environments, with proven success in transformation and change management
Proven experience leading global, multicultural HR teams
Fluent English (written and spoken)
