Interim Management Mission HR Director & Social Relation (M/W)
Based in Barcelona, with responsibilities covering Madrid and other southern European countries.
Job Summary: Implement a sensitive business and social transformation, develop social relationships, and ensure HR business continuity.
Responsibilities
Direct report at HR Group level.
Matrix organisation with functional relations with Operational & support teams.
Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labour laws and HR legal processes.
Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.
Deploy the new organisation to align both the country and other European countries to the new business strategy.
Business mobility within key cities in Spain.
Qualifications and Requirements
Based in Spain.
Fluent Spanish and English (business level).
Expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.
Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters.
Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.
Hands‑onevaluated, execution‑driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset.
Agility within complex matrix organisations.

Availability
Immediately available to start mid‑January. Mission length is 6 months, extensible upon the situation.
