The role combines general HR administration with executive support to the Office Director, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate training activities and internal communications.Assist with HR reporting and general administrative tasks.Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and calendars for the Office Director.Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.Support office administration and contribute to the smooth operation of the Seville office.What You'll BringBachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.1–3 years of professional experience in HR or administrative support (internships will also be considered).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.What We OfferThe opportunity to grow within an international and expanding organization.Exposure to all areas of Human Resources.A collaborative, multicultural, and supportive working environment.Continuous learning and professional development. xohynlmCompetitive compensation package.
