The role manages health, safety, and environmental risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports ESG initiatives while promoting a strong culture of prevention and employee wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with H&S regulations and maintain policies, procedures, and risk prevention measuresIdentify and manage workplace risks, including incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actionsCoordinate audits, emergency plans, and liaise with regulatory bodies and external partnersDeliver H&S training, promote employee awareness, and support wellbeing initiativesEnsure H&S compliance of suppliers, contractors, and workplacesSupport environmental management (ISO 14001), including monitoring, compliance, and ESG alignmentRequirements & SkillsStrong H&S and risk prevention knowledgeUnderstanding of sustainability and environmental practicesAnalytical, proactive, and solution-orientedStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in Spanish and English3–5 years in Health & Safety or similar roleKnowledge of Spanish H&S regulations (international exposure is a plus)Relevant H&S qualification required; degree is a plusEligible for Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado (min. 3 specialties)ISO 14001 or environmental knowledge is advantageousAt HBX Group, we believe diversity fuels innovation and makes travel a force for good.
