We are seeking a visionary, commercially driven Head of Spain. This individual will spearhead market entry, define the long-term strategy, and build a world-class operation that reflects the company commitment to quality, innovation, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute Spain market strategy aligned with global vision and long-term growth objectives; Identify high-value market opportunities in retail, logistics, supply chain, and partnerships; Lead competitive analysis, market positioning, and strategic initiatives to establish JD.Com as a leading eCommerce player in the Spain.Commercial GrowthDrive top-line revenue growth through partnerships with brands, merchants, suppliers, and retail ecosystems; Develop and launch localproduct and service lines appropriate for the Spain market; Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, industry groups, suppliers, and technology partners.Operational ManagementBuild, structure, and lead our Spain business units including eCommerce Category Management, Operations & Inventory; Ensure operational excellence that aligns with company global standards for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction; Set financial targets, budgets, and forecasts for the Spain entity; Monitor P&L performance and ensure profitability and sustainable expansion; Manage investment planning, risk mitigation, and capital allocation for the Spain business.Talent & CultureRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team.Establish a strong organizational culture that reflects company’s core values: customer-first mindset, efficiency, integrity, and innovation.Drive cross-cultural alignment between Spain operations and Chinese headquarters.Regulatory & GovernanceEnsure full compliance with Spain laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.Manage risk proactively, including data protection, employment law, and international trade compliance.Represent the company in public affairs, stakeholder engagements, and government relations.Basic RequirementsExtensive senior executive leadership experience in eCommerce, retail, supply chain, or related technology-enabled sectors.; Proven track record in leading P&L, scaling operations, and delivering commercial growth in the Spain or broader European markets; Strong understanding of SPAIN digital commerce landscape, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics; Demonstrated ability to build and lead large, diverse, cross-functional teams; Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, regulators, and partners; Experience working with or within multinational organizations.Preferred RequirementsPrior experience launching or scaling an international brand in the Spain or Europe; Knowledge of different business culture, cross-border eCommerce, and China-Spain trade dynamics; Background in high-growth tech companies or advanced logistics/supply chain organizations; Experience managing omnichannel retail, marketplace ecosystems, or advanced fulfilment networks.
