Your Mission To design and lead a People strategy that empowers talent, supports our expansion, and ensures that Grupo Closer grows with coherence, ambition, and a long-term vision. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the People strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team. Design and evolve the organizational structure to support solid and sustainable growth. Lead the attraction, selection, and onboarding of key talent. Implement performance evaluation systems and development plans that foster professional growth. Design competitive compensation and benefits policies aligned with the company’s current stage. Strengthen corporate culture and foster high levels of engagement. Act as a strategic partner to managers in leadership, team development, and organizational decision-making. Oversee HR administration in coordination with external providers (contracts, payroll, hires and terminations, leave management, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices. Manage employee relations and coordinate occupational risk prevention. Design and implement high-impact learning and development initiatives. Analyze key People metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, performance) to drive continuous improvement. Lead organizational change processes and support the company throughout its scaling phase. Profile We’re Looking For Between 6 and 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or transformation environments. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and talent management best practices. Experience building and scaling People processes. Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills. What We Offer Permanent contract.
