About the Role: We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale growth at bestprice.com. This is a highly strategic role for someone who deeply understands customer funnels end-to-end — from acquisition to conversion, retention, and monetization — and can translate insights into execution. You will own growth strategy across channels, build a structured experimentation engine, and manage a team focused on sustainable, data-driven growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing and Partnerships to shape how bestprice.com scales in Spain and beyond. This is a role for a builder: someone who can zoom out to define the growth roadmap, and zoom in to make things happen. Key responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Funnel Ownership Own the full customer journey: acquisition → conversion → retention → monetization. Identify the biggest growth levers across the funnel and prioritize initiatives accordingly. Build a clear growth roadmap aligned with company objectives. Experimentation & Execution Drive conversion improvements through funnel analysis and lifecycle campaigns. Establish scalable processes for continuous growth iteration. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Product to shape features that drive engagement and retention. Collaborate with Operations and Partnerships to unlock new distribution and monetization opportunities. Communicate growth insights and priorities clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Team Leadership & Growth Org Building Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing Growth & Marketing team. Define team structure, roles, and operating cadence as the company scales. Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and experimentation. Metrics & Performance Management Define and track core growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, cohort performance). Develop reporting frameworks that guide decision-making across the organization. Ensure growth initiatives are measurable, efficient, and scalable. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role. Proven track record scaling a consumer-facing product or marketplace. Deep understanding of funnels, lifecycle growth, and retention mechanics. Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, SQL/Looker is a plus. Experience managing and developing teams. Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on when needed. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent in English and good understanding of Spanish.
