You will own end-to-end FP&A and commercial finance across Spain, France, Finland, Germany, and Italy. Your mission is to drive profitable growth through analytical rigour, standardised reporting, and hands-on support for pricing and bid economics.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Finance: Own pricing strategy, margin analysis, and project/bid evaluations.FP&A Leadership: Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for Europe.Reporting: Deliver the monthly Business Performance Review (BPR) and maintain a consistent KPI framework.Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance partner for country leaders to drive value levers like productivity and mix.Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts as the function scales.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 10+ years in FP&A/Commercial Finance, ideally in multi-country European environments.Sector Knowledge: Experience in project-based, services, or PE-backed organisations is a plus.Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI; ability to translate complex data into executive recommendations.Qualities: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong influencing skills in matrix environments.
