Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives, business development managers and a sales manager ensuring they achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability to deliver on our ambitious growth goals for 2026 and beyond. Develop and implement effective data‑driven sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities with a focus on acquiring new business. Identify training needs and organise regular training sessions and workshops to elevate the skills of both new and experienced team members. Work closely with engineering and product counterparts and be a “voice of the customer” to drive further investment in our field‑sales tech stack and product offering. We’re also looking for the following attributes: The ability to influence others while showing empathy and genuine curiosity for the people around you. A real people person who can deliver through collaboration and get things done. Emotional intelligence. A strong understanding of technology products/services and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. A data‑driven mindset where it’s at the heart of every decision you make. Fluent in Spanish and English. Valid Spanish driver’s license and access to a vehicle. This is a true field sales role. The Perks Competitive salary.
