About the Role We are seeking an experienced senior leader to own and scale our Consumer Finance function at group level. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of patient financing: negotiating commercial terms and credit facilities with financing partners, expanding our partner network across markets, and leading the operations team that ensures every local Sales organization offers the right financing solution for each patient. This is a high-impact, group-level role combining commercial negotiation, partnership management and operational leadership across an international footprint. Key Responsibilities :Commercial & Partnership Strate gy Manage the global consumer finance strategy and partner roadmap across all market s. Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms (rates, fees, acceptance criteria, settlement terms) with existing and new financing partners to improve economics as the business scale s. Secure expanded credit facilities and capacity commitments to support patient volume growt h. Identify, evaluate and onboard new financing partners and products (installment lending, BNPL, medical loans) tailored to each marke t. Benchmark partner performance on approval rates, cost, conversion and patient experience, maintaining healthy competition across provider s.Operations & Team Leaders hip Lead, mentor and develop a Consumer Finance Operations team of 3–4 peop le. Ensure local Sales teams are equipped with the right financing options and procedures for each patient profile, maximizing approval and conversion rat es. Define and standardize financing workflows, eligibility criteria and escalation processes across countri es. Act as the central point of coordination between financing partners, local Sales and Country teams, Finance and Complian ce.Performance, Analytics & Govern ance Own the key performance indicators for the function: approval rates, cost of finance, conversion and partner profitability by mar ket. Build reporting and dashboards for leadership on consumer finance performance and its impact on the patient jour ney. Ensure compliance with consumer credit regulation, data protection and partner contractual obligations across all jurisdicti ons. Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and planning related to financing te rms.Candidate Pro file:8+ years' experience in consumer finance, lending partnerships, payments/BNPL, fintech or financial services, including direct commercial negotiation responsibi lity. Proven track record negotiating credit facilities and partner agreements at s cale. Experience managing and developing high-performing t eams. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a solid grasp of consumer credit econo mics. International or multi-market experi ence. Fluent Spanish and English (working language); additional European languages an advan tage. Excellent stakeholder management across commercial, operational and senior leadership le vels. Experience in healthcare, dental, elective medical or high-ticket consumer serv ices. Experience scaling a function within a high-growth, investor-backed environ ment.
