Experteer Overview In this role you will drive performance excellence through analysis, forecasting, and action planning. You will build and monitor sales strategy, oversee performance improvement and appraisal processes, and guide team development and career paths. You’ll manage operating profit, forecast financials, and lead initiatives to boost client satisfaction and employee engagement. Working with stakeholders, you shape cross-functional outcomes in a fast-paced hybrid Barcelona environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Analyze performance and forecast figures for stakeholders and translate insights into action plans

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Manager
- Excellent level of English
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated people motivation and development skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing
