ppWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Head of Administration to oversee and optimize the administrative department of our sports resort. This role is responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling administrative tasks finance focused, assigning department-specific duties to the Administration staff, with the goal of presenting updated financial statements and relevant financial information. /p h3Your Tasks: /h3 ul liOversee and manage administrative processes across all departments /li liEnsure accurate revenue tracking, payment processing, and debt management /li liManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and debt collections /li liEnsure compliance with tax obligations, regulatory requirements, and legal standards in collaboration with advisors /li liOversee payroll processing, employee records, and coordination with HR /li liMonitor and reconcile bank accounts, financial transactions, and cash flow /li liSupervise inventory, fixed asset records, and financial forecasting /li liImplement and optimize administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls /li liPrepare and analyze financial reports for the financial manager /li liCollaborate with the Financial Manager and department heads to align administrative functions with business goals /li liProvide leadership and guidance to the administrative team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement /li liOversee and ensure adherence to internal controls, while managing sensitive administrative and financial data with confidentiality /li liMaintain open and effective communication with headquarters to ensure alignment and compliance with group policies and procedures /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, within finance or accounting /li liHospitality sector experience is highly desirable /li liStrong knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and taxation, with a preferred understanding of IFRS /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in financial/accounting software /li liExperience with PMS (Opera), Dynamics, and other relevant systems is a plus /li liAbility to make decisions, solve problems, and delegate tasks effectively /li liStrong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in hospitality operations /li liProactive with a strong initiative to identify and implement improvements /li liStrong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, advisors, and partner companies /li liA structured and analytical approach to projects and administrative tasks /li liExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required), German would be a plus /li liTeam player with a proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility /li /ul pWould you like to take on this challenge?
