Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well‑rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis position will own revenue growth for the geography. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving new business, building a high‑performing team, and implementing systems for predictable growth. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a hands‑on approach to closing deals. The selected candidate will lead market outreach, team management and client engagement. This professional is expected to be completely hands‑on with developing, managing relationships with prospects and clients, extensive discussions and ideations with the management team on product development and positioning of our services.Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute the sales strategy, sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the College Counseling businessTransition the sales function from founder‑led to a scalable, repeatable, and accountable sales model.Responsible for delivering the overall targets for the assigned country(ies). Ensures revenue forecasts are maintained as per the predictability by driving lead generationProvides support in Ideating new product designs and service offerings to optimize customer valueGathers the understanding of county/region specifics points and recommends improvementsIn developing customer management processTo increase the effectiveness of the sales process & pricingResponsible to understand the geography operating throughmarket intelligencemarket visit (wherever possible)team deployed in the regionpartnersIdentify and pursue strategic partnershipsBuild a strong referral network and community presence.Personally lead high‑value or strategic deals.Develops the right partner/s and the ecosystem, in order to increase sales acquisition through referencesResponsible to provide guidance to the team members for feeding required details and clarifying expectations/deliverables from them for lead generation, qualification & closure planning & implementationLead Generation & Lead ManagementCollaborate with the Marketing team for digital campaigns to generate leadsProvide guidance and feedback to the Digital Media team in order to optimize the volume and quality of leads from Digital mediaGuide the team to identify important touch points for current clients and Business Partners and develop an Engagement activity calendar around itResponsible for the implementation of the Engagement activities as per the calendar and generation of referralsResponsible for driving various lead‑generating activities through other sources (Webinars. Partnerships)Oversee management of Business Partner / Coach onboardings and keep them activeEnsure the implementation of lead qualification as per processMonitor and evaluate the quality of lead generation and qualification by the team and intervenes wherever deemed necessaryStrive towards creating Brand visibility by bringing and representing AddedEducation on relevant forums and platforms (seminars, Webinars, exhibitions, etc.).Apply For This PositionTeam Management & Sales SupportHire, train, and lead a high‑performing sales teamCreate a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvementSet clear goals, track performance, and implement incentive structuresConduct internal reviews in a pre‑defined manner to evaluate the performance of the team against the targets and comes prepared for the overall reviewProvide guidance/training wherever needed by the team in order to build their capability and deliver resultsResponsible for team retentionEnsure gathering of the understandings of prospect’s capability, strong points, interest, and requirements, and developing of the Evaluation reports and Engagement plans through the teamConnect with the prospect and relate their aspirations with AddedEducation capabilities &, offerings and converse towards the closure of the saleResponsible for collaborations with internal stakeholders to expedite the closure of the sales and customer onboardingEnsure smooth handover of the client to the Delivery team post‑sales closure while continuing to manage relationships and work closely with client and delivery for successful operations and execution of the engagement and new business generationCRM Management & Process AdherenceStandardize the sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.Lead and oversee documentation, note taking, and maintaining of the call summaries of all prospect interactions by the teamEnsure the uploading/updating of the information/ details in the central Customer Data Management System (HubSpot) as per the process.Ensure complete adherence to organization policy, processes, and systemsEnsure the appropriate usage of the standardized scripts and templates for prospect communication and tagging on the systemYou Will Enjoy And Excel At The FollowingProviding strategic direction for the AddedEducation business in the particular region.Developing growth strategies and plans.Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.Managing the Top Line as well as the Bottom Line of the business.Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.Increasing client base.Having an in‑depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needsRequired Skills And Educational QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics from a university in US, UK or CanadaHave had previous consulting experiences as a management consultant or in the education industryExperience of managing a team of people for at least 3 yearsWants to build a market and manage P&L for 3 countries eventuallyPassion for university education and guiding young people to attain that successStrong communication – writing, interviewing and research skillsProven ability to negotiateExperience with design and implementation of business development strategyConflict resolutionThe ability to self‑motivate and motivate a teamExperience working to and exceeding targetsProficient in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe AcrobatAbility to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitudeWhat You Will Get From Us, In Return, IsA highly collaborative environment that pushes you to think beyond your boundaries.A diverse workload keeps you continually stimulated.An open forum for the expression of ideas.Diverse opportunities to grow wings for your entrepreneurial ideas.
