About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service (Bellman) position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. Responsibilities: Ensure all guests receive personalized, warm, and courteous service throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. Efficiently unload luggage from vehicles upon arrival and load luggage for departing guests, ensuring no damage and a courteous farewell. Greet guests upon arrival, direct them to the Reception Desk, and direct them to their rooms with attention to detail. Deliver efficient, polite, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations and contribute to their overall satisfaction. Provide consistent service that aligns with the hotel’s standards of excellence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a memorable experience for guests. About you The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 1–2 years of experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service. Team player with accuracy and attention to detail. Good level of English required.
