About The Role
As a GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across GTM teams.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles – from sourcing to close
Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
Craft great candidate experiences – from first touch to offer
Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
