At vivo, we commit ourselves to one thing, do the right things and do things right.We support openness and authenticity, promote self-reflection and continuous learning, we thrive to provide a working environment where our talents can perform at their peak.Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market backoffice specialist to assist GTM team and support GTM and Sales operations through backoffice processes.Administrative & Process SupportAssist in refining and optimizing sales team processes to enhance team collaboration efficiency.Coordinate with the Finance Department on invoice, payment matters and internal process.Liaise with the Warehouse/Logistics Department for shipment arrangements.Project Coordination & Management SupportAssist the GTM in developing, executing, and monitoring project plans, ensuring project milestones are met on time.Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain etc) and external operator partners.Track project progress, identify possible risks and escalating issues promptly.Organize and schedule relevant project meetings, including internal sync-ups and operator collaboration sessions, and be responsible for writing and distributing meeting minutes and action items.Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, organize, and maintain data and documentation related to Sales/GTM projects, including market research reports, competitor analysis, product specifications, weekly/monthly sales analysis, user feedback, and operator requirements.Assist with data analysis team to provide effective support for Sales tools development according to the Sales team requirements.Prepare clear, professional project reports and presentations to update the team and management on project progress, achievements, and challenges.Your ProfileStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in tools like Excel, and project management platforms.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in tools like Excel, and project management platforms.Good knowledge of PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration across departments.Experience in GTM, sales operations, or business support roles is a plus.Proactive, adaptable, honest with excellent ability of understanding and execution.Bachelor or aboveAdministrative, marketing, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.Experience: More than 1 yearStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEnglish and Spanish.
