Join one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing startups Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup and one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing companies - ranked #3 in the Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026, and we're just getting started. We're building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. No wasted time, just results. After raising a €5M seed round, we're scaling internationally and growing the team behind the product. That means new markets, new languages and more traffic than ever with plenty of room to own what converts. We're looking for a Growth Marketer to turn that attention into a pipeline. You'll own conversion across the whole journey, from the first website visit to closed-won, running experiments, building lead magnets powered by our own AI, and fixing the biggest leak in the funnel every month. If you love data, testing and seeing your work show up directly in revenue, this is your seat. About The Role This is a conversion and full-funnel role. You'll set strategy, run experiments and measure impact, working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product. To be clear about scope: this is not a brand or content role (positioning, organic social and the blog editorial calendar sit elsewhere), and you won't run paid campaigns day to day or build email workflows hands-on. Your job is to decide what to test, what to build and where to focus, and to make sure it moves the numbers. You'll own the funnel end-to-end: Visitor → Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo held → Opportunity → Closed won What you'll own Website & CRO --- run the website as a conversion engine: test hero messaging, social proof, CTAs, forms, demo vs. product tour flows, pricing page and booking widgets; Si desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante. use heatmaps and session recordings to find drop-offs; keep page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile and multilingual landing pages (EN/ES/IT/DE) in great shape Full-funnel optimization --- map the funnel with RevOps, set conversion benchmarks per stage, define lead scoring (fit + intent) and MQL criteria with Sales, and recycle closed-lost and no-shows into nurturing Lead magnets & free AI tools --- with Product, build free tools on top of Enginy's AI (e.G. cold email grader, ICP generator, LinkedIn profile analyzer), plus templates, playbooks and benchmark reports; own each one's gating, landing page, CRM tracking and follow-up, measure leads and pipeline generated, and retire what doesn't perform Nurturing & lifecycle strategy --- design the lifecycle map and nurturing sequences by persona, ICP, language and funnel stage, including trial activation, re-engagement and win-back, tracked through to MQLs, demos and revenue influenced Power users & advocacy --- automate power-user detection from product and CRM data, trigger review asks at the right moment, and turn champions into case studies, testimonials, referrals and webinar guests LinkedIn conversion --- optimize employee and partner LinkedIn profiles and posts to drive conversion Growth planning & reporting --- monthly funnel reviews and growth reports, and quarterly planning for OKRs, budget, the tool roadmap and experiment themes About You 3--6 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, CRO or demand generation Proven track record improving conversion rates and generating demos and pipeline, not just traffic or leads Strong experimentation mindset: you design tests, read the data and know when to scale or kill an idea Hands-on with CRO and analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps and session recording, A/B testing) and a CRM such as HubSpot Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring and funnel metrics, working closely with Sales and RevOps Comfortable working with Product to launch lead-capture tools and in-product activation Fluent Spanish and English Bias for action, strong ownership, you find the biggest leak and fix it Nice to have Italian or German, to support our multilingual landing pages Experience with PLG motions, free tools or interactive lead magnets Experience running review and advocacy programs (G2, Capterra or similar) What we offer Competitive salary tailored to your experience.
