With operations in Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, the EU, and Dubai, we’re searching for a Group Treasurer to manage global treasury and finance operations —from paying invoices to optimizing liquidity across crypto and traditional rails.This is a hands-on role blending accounting, treasury, and finance. With automation already in place and support from global accounting firms + an internal accountant, this is a one-person job with big responsibility : keep BNKA’s money moving globally, securely, and efficiently.And for the right candidate, it’s also a growth path to Group Treasurer C-level / CFO .What you’ll do Execute automated and manual payments globally : invoices, suppliers, contractors, payroll across Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, the EU, UAE, and beyond.Manage liquidity in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, USDT, USDC, ARS, PEN, BRL, etc.).Oversee treasury operations : hot / cold wallets, banking rails (SEPA, SWIFT, PIX), stablecoin settlements.Coordinate with global accounting firms and align with the internal accountant.Ensure accurate reconciliations of fiat, crypto, and intercompany flows.Prepare real-time cash flow forecasts and treasury dashboards.Partner with Compliance to embed AML / KYC and Travel Rule controls in treasury flows.Act as the single point of contact for treasury & finance ops, collaborating closely with CFO, CTO, and legal.What we’re looking for Experience in treasury, finance, or accounting in fintech, banking, or crypto.Hands‑on mindset : comfortable executing payments and managing invoices daily.Strong knowledge of crypto + stablecoin flows and their bridge with global banking.Skilled at working with local / global accounting firms and coordinating multi-country operations.Familiar with multi-jurisdiction treasury (LATAM, EU, UAE).Able to balance strategic oversight + hands‑on execution in a lean setup.Fluent English (mandatory).
