In ING we are looking forYour role and work environmentWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Sustainable Finance Spain & Portugal team of Wholesale Banking. The Sustainable Finance team at ING is growing and provides sustainable financing solutions to clients through its regional hubs in Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Frankfurt, Paris, NewYork and Singapore. To drive the business further in Spain and Portugal, both for existing and potential clients within this region, we seek to extend our team by attracting a new member to work jointly with the Sustainable Finance Iberia team, based in Madrid.Your key responsibilitiesContribute to the execution of the EMEA sustainable finance strategy into the local market and craft marketing & origination plans, identify growth opportunities and groundbreaking sustainable structures for the various product groups.Work with the Sustainability Champions network within Wholesale Banking to execute the regional strategy in Iberia.Drive innovations in new sustainable finance products and structures, providing added value to clients and driving the sustainable business with our clients.Work together with all front‑office teams to originate & execute sustainable transactions; through (a) drafting marketing materials including pitch books and presentations, (b) detailed analysis of targets, and (c) market research and competitor analysis.Contribute to improving ING’s profile in sustainable business initiatives for employees, clients, peers, and other partners.Portfolio management activities and monitoring sector information and collection of market data and trends.What are we looking for?We value the following qualities in this role: enthusiasm for sustainable finance, strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
