Global Systems Architect
Insud Pharma operates across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, providing specialized knowledge and expertise in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing of a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), finished dosage forms (FDF), and branded pharmaceutical products for both human and animal health.Insud Pharma’s activity is organized into three synergistic business areas: Industrial (Chemo), Branded (Exeltis), and Biotech (mAbxience), with 10,000 professionals in more than 50 countries, 20 industrial plants, 15 specialized R&D centers, 12 commercial offices, and more than 35 pharmaceutical subsidiaries, serving 1,150 customers in over 110 countries worldwide.ResponsibilitiesDefine, govern, and evolve Insud Pharma’s global systems and applications architecture.Design, document, and maintain the corporate map of systems, platforms, applications, and integrations.Ensure the coherence, standardization, interoperability, scalability, and efficiency of the technology ecosystem.Define architecture principles, standards, and criteria for the development, integration, and maintenance of IT solutions.Lead architecture governance and contribute to strategic technology decision-making.Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and the Group’s business strategy.Collaborate with Technology & Transformation Competence Centers, the Transformation Office, and business teams to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.Assess the impact of new initiatives and projects on the current and future technology ecosystem.Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.Advise on the adoption of new technologies, cloud and hybrid architectures, integration solutions, automation, and artificial intelligence.Participate in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives and technology landscape evolution.Oversee integration between the SAP ecosystem and other corporate platforms, including CRMs, regulatory solutions, and industrial applications.Oversee the integration of critical plant applications such as V10, EBR, LIMS, Seavision, Aveva, and other industrial solutions with the Group’s core systems.Qualifications
EducationUniversity degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.A Master’s degree in enterprise architecture, technology, or digital transformation considered a plus.LanguagesAdvanced level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise architecture, or complex solution architecture roles.Specific knowledgeProven experience in SAP-centric environments and industrial/plant applications such as EBR, LIMS, V10, Seavision, among others.Experience in the design and governance of scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise architectures.Experience integrating core platforms, data solutions, industrial applications, and corporate tools.Experience in environments where legacy and target architectures coexist.Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, security standards, and technology governance best practices.Experience assessing technology impact and defining sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.Experience working in complex and evolving technology ecosystems with multiple transformation initiatives running in parallel.Preferred ExperienceExperience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.Experience with hybrid architectures and large-scale international digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with complementary tools such as Celonis and CRMs such as Salesforce.Knowledge of security best practices and technology governance.Main Technology ScopeSAP landscape: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP PPDS, SAP BPC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP MDG-MDMPlant & Industrial Applications: V10, EBR, LIMS, Seavision, Aveva, ad-hoc simulation toolsBusiness & Corporate Platforms: Celonis, SalesforceData & Analytics Platform: Snowflake, SAP DataSphere, DataedoPersonal SkillsStrategic thinking: Ability to align technology architecture with business goals.Technical leadership: Ability to influence and guide multidisciplinary teams.Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and propose innovative solutions.Effective communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences and support decision-making.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the organization.Proactivity and innovation: Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.Strategic role with high impact on the Group’s transformation journey.Opportunity to work within a global, complex, and continuously evolving technology ecosystem.Innovative and transformation-driven environment.Cross-functional collaboration with technology and business teams at corporate level.Professional development opportunities within an international company.EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMITMENT
