In this role you will ensure finished product availability across the network by defining stock policies and executing the Master Production Schedule based on demand, inventory, and supplier constraints. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize obsolescence, optimize stock levels, and support Su0026amp;OP discussions. This position offers exposure to global planning processes, manufacturing and purchasing policies, and cost-conscious decision making. You will impact service levels and cost by shaping inventory strategy and coordinating with internal and external partners.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policy• Carry out the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for internal and external suppliers• Evaluate alternatives and contingency plans to guarantee availability of key references• Co-lead the global Su0026OP meeting providing visibility on availability risks, capacity, material requirements and obsolescence• Maintain stock levels across Puig locations in line with Group Policies• Reduce obsolete or low-rotation stock via analysis and reuse options• Create and launch orders based on manufacturing batches and supplying policies• Calculate MPS for each reference and provide weekly production plans• Execute replenishment orders to subsidiaries• Prepare Total Cost of Ownership scenarios for Su0026OP decisions• Maintain data in supporting systems• Monitor stock availability and track supply issues• Review production plan and resolve capacity conflicts• Communicate feedback to DP and track real vs planned production and shipments• Implement finished product stock policies by product type• Propose actions to maintain stock at required levels xcskxlj Responsabilidades• Experience: At least 2 years in supply planning / purchasing / replenishment• Education: Bachelor Degree• Languages: English fluent; French a plus• Specific Knowledge: SCM, DRP, MPS, MRP, RCCP; AI knowledge valuable• Skills: communication, negotiation, financial analysis, teamworkRequisitos principales• cultura de trabajo emprendedora, creativa y acogedora• Oportunidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo• Una empresa internacional con muchas oportunidades de crecimiento profesional• Un paquete competitivo de compensación y beneficios
