Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) Location: Tajonar, ES, 31192 Department: Sourcing As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Global Sourcing area. You will be working within the Global Sourcing Indirects team performing relevant tasks as follows: Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements. Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases. Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct. Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts, and support internal stakeholders with PR/PO issues. Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes. Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Law or Business Administration. To be eligible for the internship, you must not have completed your bachelor's or master's degree more than 3 years ago. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with other departments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives.
