ppAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for bTennis Coaches and Head Coaches /b to join the Mouratoglou ecosystem across our international network of tennis centers. /p h3RESPONSABILITIES MISSIONS /h3 ul libTrain both on and off the court /b, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy. /li libTrain according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology. /b /li libDevelop the client’s tennis skills: /b the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly. /li libProvide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback. /b /li libEstablish strong and lasting relationships with each player. /b /li libOrganise and support events and facilities. /b /li libBe an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values. /b /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul libTennis coaching certificate /b /li libProven experience in coaching tennis at various levels /b /li libCurrent level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP) /b /li libPassion and willingness to learn /b /li libAbility to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills /b /li libExcellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) /b /li libFluent in English, any other language is an advantage /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
