This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile, global Compliance I nspection R eadiness & EMEAC Audit s.
As Global Quality Compliance I nspection R eadiness & EMEAC Audit s Manager , you will:
Key responsibilities
Develops and maintains the global inspection readiness playbook, including inspection governance model, mock inspections, and readiness sprint methodology .
Designs anddeploys a structured, risk-based Global Mock inspection program.
Leadsinspection readiness sprints prior to anticipated regulatory inspections to ensure gap identification, prioritization and timely remediation.
Monitor global inspectionoutcomes and regulatory trends to strengthen defence capability.
Leads end-to-end execution of internal, supplier, distributor, and third‑party audits forEMEAC .
Applies and administers the global auditor qualification framework.
Providesmethodology guidance and system support to other regions ( LATAM, US , JPAC )
Ensures full traceability of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions, withtimelyclosure and consistent application of Good Practices.
Escalate to management any critical regulatory compliance issues with global suppliers/vendors
Ensures escalation of critical audit findings, compliance risks, or systemic issues to management, with clearly defined and monitored action plans.
Share audit trends, inspection outcomes and systemic risk insights across cross- regions to support company inspection readiness.
Provides functional direction to regional audit leads regarding inspection readiness standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a role focused on audit management in a Pharma/Medical Devices environment
Broad types of audits performed covering the regulated areaspertaining to Galderma ’s portfolio (cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
