El modelo de trabajo es híbrido.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all digital offerings meet global certification, cybersecurity, regulatory, and data privacy requirementsGovern offering readiness and lifecycle processes across BL DigitalDrive supplier readiness, audits, capacity planning, and alignment with S&OPOversee ISO9001, QAN/QAR, ISO27001, SOC2, EU Data Act, EU AI Act, and CRA complianceTrack post-launch performance and lead continuous improvement loopsMaintain ABB’s offering governance frameworks and readiness gatesEnable Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams with clear offering documentationLead global offering governance without direct reports—through standards, methods, and influenceQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in digital offering readiness, commercialization, product management, or service operationsStrong understanding of certification, digital governance, ISO and EU regulatory frameworksKnowledge of supplier quality, lifecycle governance, S&OP, and offering data governanceAbility to influence cross-functional teams globally without direct authorityFluent in English.Excellent communicator who can simplify complex compliance topicsExperience with ABB Ability™ digital offerings will be considered an advantageJoin us.
