Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed. You will also showcase your expertise by executing business unit/product group quality strategy.The work model for the role is: #onsite.This role is contributing to the Product Line of Autonomous Mobile Robots - AMR in Spain. Main stakeholders are Quality, R&D, and Project Engineering department.Implementing the integral business unit/product group manufacturing strategy in the country within your area of responsibilityProviding input on global business unit/product group strategyDeveloping proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectivenessFocusing on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery, and cost reductionLeading the manufacturing team in BurgosYou will join a collaborative, passionate, and forward-thinking team, where your ideas matter and your contributions drive real impact. We value curiosity, ownership, and mutual support—creating an environment where you can thrive, innovate, and grow alongside talented professionals.Qualifications for the RoleDegree in Industrial Engineering, and valuable training in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement, Production Management or similarImmersed in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Kaizen), and production planning toolsAbility to demonstrate your 10 years of experience in production management in industrial companiesPossess an enhanced knowledge of data analytics software (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced functions) and digital manufacturing platforms, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiencyYou are customer-focused, good team manager and a great communicatorYou are at ease communicating in English and valuable in SpanishWhat’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and lead with confidence.
