Senior O2C Specialist (German C2 + English C1) Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 18:00 Base Salary: 1,500€ x paid 14 times in a year Performance Bonus: 300€ x for 11 months Welcome Bonus (German speakers): 3,000€ (paid in 12 months) About The Company We are an international technology and business services organization supporting globally recognized brands across more than 70 countries. Your Role As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash operations while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute O2C activities: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution. Monitor and review AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce DSO. Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and negotiate payment terms. Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations. Drive automation and process improvement initiatives. Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities and financial reporting. Mentor and support junior team members. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity. Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday). Exposure to global environments and multi‑currency transactions. Advanced Excel and reporting skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
