We are hiring a results-focused German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to oversee digital expansion for our client accounts. In this consulting role, you will lead new business partners through the initial setup phase, optimize ad efficiency, and reduce client churn. Operating in a fast-paced tech environment, you will work alongside executive decision-makers to align digital advertising platforms with their overarching business goals.Core ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end client onboarding process, covering campaign design, implementation, and launch.Conduct regular phone consultations to educate accounts and surface new commercial opportunities.Map client target metrics to durable, customized search marketing plans.Log all account updates and client communications in the CRM database.Monitor account analytics to deliver performance updates and actionable optimization advice.Help clients connect search marketing with their broader digital funnel, including landing pages, audience segmentation, and ad creative tests.Feed regional market intelligence and client feedback back to internal product and marketing teams.Candidate RequirementsLanguages: Fluent German (C1/C2 level) alongside professional business English.Account Execution: Experience managing client relationships independently while using CRM software.Outreach Style: High comfort with proactive phone engagement to build rapport and protect account retention.Tech Capabilities: Routine application of AI tools to evaluate insights and customize client outreach.Professional Attributes: Strong presentation skills, clear communication, business acumen, and a target-driven mindset.Market Knowledge: Familiarity with German corporate culture, decision-making dynamics, and strategies for advising cautious clients or agencies.Strategic Integration: Ability to identify high-growth firms and integrate digital advertising solutions into their marketing models.Regulatory Awareness: Solid grasp of data protection guidelines (GDPR) to ensure all campaign strategies remain fully compliant.Bonus Qualities: High emotional intelligence, data-led analytical skills, organized execution, and a solution-oriented approach.Employment & BenefitsThis 39-hour full-time position follows a hybrid setup in Barcelona. Compensation includes a starting gross base salary of €26,000 plus a €4,000 performance bonus, with a fast-track increase to a €30,000 base salary within twelve months for top performers.
