Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfactionDocument interactions and follow internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
German C2 level (mandatory)
Good level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work in rotative shifts
€200 per month performance bonus
