Provide support and resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and high quality.Analyze, understand and categorize customer questions and data to identify trends, needs, and improvement opportunities.Participate in cross-functional projects with other teams.At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service or similar user-facing roles.Good level of English and German are required.
