Documentation & Knowledge ManagementAssist in creating, updating, and organizing technical documentation for digital applications and cloud infrastructure.Help maintain records of development processes, deployment steps, and operational procedures.Support the team in preparing user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials for new features and tools.Work Item & Task ManagementHelp track and manage work items, tickets, and tasks using Azure DevOps or similar tools.Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and progress reporting in collaboration with developers and product owners.Ensure work items are properly documented, categorized, and updated throughout their lifecycle.Low-Risk Technical & Operational SupportAssist with basic troubleshooting and initial analysis of incidents, escalating as needed.Support automated testing efforts by helping prepare test cases and reviewing test results.Participate in routine deployments and updates under supervision, following established CI/CD practices.Help monitor system health dashboards and report anomalies to senior team members.
