Company Description Radisson Hotel Group is one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten distinctive hotel brands, and more than 1,500 hotels in operation and under development in 95+ countries. The Group’s overarching brand promise is Every Moment Matters with a signature Yes I Can! service ethos. People are at the core of our business success and future. Our people are true Moment Makers and together we bring the culture, spirit, environment and opportunities that empower you to be your best, every day, everywhere, every time. Together, we make Every Moment Matter. Job Description We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer & Data Engineer to join the team behind Pulse, our multi-tenant Business Intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. Pulse serves 10,000+ users across corporate, regional, and property levels through five product lines (Insight, Plan, Pro, Rate, and Shift). This is a hybrid role: you'll split your time between building the applications our clients use every day — Angular/Type Script for web and desktop, React for mobile — and designing the ETL pipelines and Click House data models that power the analytics behind them. Roles/Responsibilities Full-Stack Development Design and build features across our Angular/Type Script front end (web and desktop, backed by Express.Js) and our React-based mobile app. Contribute to our subdomain-based multi-product architecture (one Angular app + Node.Js backend, database-driven feature registry, shared sessions across subdomains). Maintain and extend current features, including dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations. Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that bring hotel reservation, rate, and competitive-set data from a variety of external sources into our Click House Cloud warehouse. Model and optimize Click House schemas (Replacing Merge Tree / Aggregating Merge Tree, partitioning, projections, materialized views) for fast analytics at scale. Write and tune SQL across Click House and My SQL (Azure) to support reporting and dashboarding needs. Diagnose and resolve data pipeline issues and query performance bottlenecks using EXPLAIN plans and query logs. Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and quality checks. Support & User Requests Act as a technical point of contact for property and corporate users, responding to support tickets and troubleshooting reported issues. Triage user questions and feature requests submitted through our helpdesk/ticketing tools, resolving them directly or routing them to the right team. Determine whether a reported issue stems from the data, the application, or infrastructure, and drive it to resolution. Communicate clearly and patiently with non-technical users throughout the process. Work within our Azure-hosted infrastructure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Data Factory) and Google Cloud Storage integrations. Maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab), process management (PM2), and our Redis caching layer. Collaborate with analysts, product, and other stakeholders to translate business and data requirements into technical solutions. Implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive client data. Stay current with emerging trends in both data engineering and front-end development. Qualifications Nice to Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Background in hospitality, BI, or Saa S analytics products. Experience with Git Lab CI/CD, Redis, PM2, or Google Cloud Storage integrations. Required Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and/or Data Engineer — ideally with hands-on experience in both. Strong SQL skills, including experience with a columnar/analytical database (Click House strongly preferred; My SQL, Azure SQL, or Oracle also relevant). Solid experience with Angular and Type Script on the front end, and Node.Js/Express.Js on the backend. Working knowledge of Python for scripting and data processing. Experience with React for mobile app development. Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English; French is a plus. The description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive. Accordingly, the employee shall perform any other duties inherent to the labour position and their professional group, in accordance with the company's directives.
