FREELANCE GRAPHIC & PRINT DESIGNERBarcelona · Partially remote / Partially on-siteWe’re looking for a Freelance Graphic & Print Designer to join our small, creative team in Barcelona.We work closely with Zara, across different teams including Boys, Baby, Toddler Girls and Licensing. The work will vary depending on current projects and workload.THE ROLEYou’ll be involved in the full design process, from research and concept development to final production files:Trend and visual researchDeveloping all-over prints and placement graphics (illustration & typographic focused designs)Creating renders and visual presentationsPreparing technical / production filesDeveloping and adapting designs based on briefs and feedbackYOUBased in Barcelona - essentialProfessional experience in graphic design and fashion - essentialHigh proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - essentialStrong in both illustration AND graphic / typographic designExperience taking designs from concept through to productionCreative, trend-aware and visually strongFlexible and comfortable working at a fast paceExperience with Zara or similar (Inditex) fashion brands is a strong plusExperience using AI tools for renders (not for designs!) is a plusSpanish is not required, but definitely a plusTHE SET-UPFreelance / ongoing collaborationPartially remote, partially on-site at our creative office in Sant AntoniWorkload will vary, but will most likely involve a regular working week during busier periods, with some flexibilityOpportunity to work across different Zara teams and product categoriesINTERESTED?Please send to nita@caratistudio.com:Your portfolio — including examples of both illustration and graphic / typographic designA short introductionYour availabilityPlease only apply if you are currently based in Barcelona and have experience in graphic / print design for the apparel industry.
