Are you an experienced plasterer or drywall specialist looking for a stable full-time position in Mallorca? A local construction company based in Andratx is seeking a skilled First-Class Plasterer and Drywaller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to apply your craftsmanship to quality construction projects in the southwest of Mallorca while enjoying a dependable, long-term employment arrangement.
Responsibilities
Reproducing plaster elements, decorative features, and structural moldings with precision.
Installing false ceilings and correctly placing decorative moldings.
Carrying out complete drywall assembly tasks, including setting up underlying metal structures.
Applying joint compound, taping, filling, and preparing plasterboard surfaces for final finishing.
Qualifications
At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant professional experience in plastering, escayola work, or drywall installation.
Proven expertise in plasterboard joints, surface filling, sub-structure mounting, and plaster application.
No formal educational degree is required for this role, as solid practical skills and work quality are the main priorities.
This opportunity offers a permanent contract with a full-time work schedule. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour rest break each day, giving you free weekends to enjoy life on the island. The compensation is a gross annual salary of €26,067.47, distributed across 14 payments per year.
