A well-established local construction company is looking for a First-Class Construction Mason to join their active team in Pollença. In this position, you will work primarily on building sites located around Port de Pollença, with occasional opportunities to work on construction projects across other parts of Mallorca. Your main daily responsibilities will include:Building and raising structural walls with precisionHandling concreting work and laying solid foundationsCarrying out professional floor tiling and wall tilingPerforming general stonemasonry work and essential on-site tasks required for project completionWorking efficiently alongside the construction team to meet project milestonesTo qualify for this role, you should have practical experience in general construction and stone masonry, alongside the necessary personal transport to reach various work sites. The requirements for this position are:A minimum of 12 months of documented experience in construction or masonry workPrimary school completion certificateBasic command of Spanish (at least A1 level)Your own reliable vehicle or transportation to travel directly to construction sites in Pollença and across MallorcaYou will receive a permanent full-time employment contract with a scheduled start date of June 1, 2026. The position offers a fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent routine without weekend work.
