We are hiring a Finnish-speaking Solution Specialist to support the Finnish SMB market within a structured Cloud sales organization.
This role combines technical consulting, solution selling, and partner collaboration in a high-performance environment based in Southern Spain.
Your Responsibilities
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
Present Cloud solutions aligned to customer business objectives
Deliver technical demonstrations via Teams
Validate implementation and pricing requirements
Support customer cloud adoption and usage growth
Maintain pipeline discipline and KPI ownership
Your Profile
Native or proficient in Finnish + fluent English
3–6+ years of technology sales or cloud business development
Fundamentals certification required
Strong understanding of cloud deployment and hybrid environments
KPI-driven, structured and analytical mindset
Bachelors degree preferred
