Driving Financial Excellence – Leading with Precision and InsightAs the head of the financial controlling team, you will spearhead the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reports that drive informed decision-making. Your leadership will support business operations, while your keen eye for risks and opportunities will help us achieve and surpass our targets. Join us in shaping the financial strategy that underpins our success.What you’ll be doing:Financial and Strategic PlanningSupport the annual strategic planning process, budgeting, and forecasting by providing accurate and timely data on local business performance to the Central Finance team.Assist in developing long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.PL and Business analysisConduct monthly analysis of business lines and job families, preparing and presenting dashboards to local leadership.Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to the central team, highlighting key insights and deviations.Identify and report risks and opportunities in relation to targets based on monthly closings, supporting proactive decision-making.People managementLead and develop a high-performing, motivated team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and matching team competencies to area requirements.Organize and prioritize team activities to meet deadlines, coordinating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless workflows.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.Project and Ad-Hoc Analysis ContributionsParticipate in cross-functional projects from a finance perspective, providing a transversal and global view to support strategic initiatives.Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and insights to support decision-making and project implementation.What you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.>5 years of proven experience in financial controlling, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and implementing accounting procedures and controlsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectivelyFluent in English, both written and spoken.Advanced proficiency in ExcelFamiliarity with BI tools such as Power BIStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsHighly organized with excellent planning capabilitiesMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyAbility to analyze complex data and extract actionable insightsExcellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teamsLeadership and people management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFocused on achieving results with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetStrategic thinking and decision-making skillsTo apply, click on the ‘apply for this job’ button, you’ll then need to log in or create a profile to submit your CV.
