Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of a partner company, for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Manager. With direct reporting to the President, the position manages and oversees companies financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment and is looking to lead in a dynamic organization in the home care US market. About the role The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee: Accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure strong financial performance and accuracy. General ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Quickbooks. Will lead in: Auditing financial documents, identifying and mitigating financial risks. Budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring departmental expenses. Coordinating and communicating with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial transactions. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, internal audits, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Conducting research on companies, markets, and opportunities. Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed. Main liaison with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal consultants. The right candidate for this role will be: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematic. 7+ years of experience in Business Administration and Management - with focus on Finance. Strong in organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
