Responsibilities
Maintain and service IGT equipment at casino locations in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area.
Respond to customer sites to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair IGT equipment and communication devices.
Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis.
Install and convert equipment with minimal supervision.
Assist with signage and merchandising installs with high proficiency.
Configure progressive controllers and merchandising equipment with high proficiency.
Serve as customer contact on technical and service‑related issues.
Perform self‑inventory audits with minimal variances.
Determine and define daily objectives for site‑specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
Perform software updates to all Games, FinTech, and Loyalty products with high proficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned and actively seek out items that need addressing.
Accept minimal to moderate supervision.
Willingness to work overtime, on‑call rotation, and weekend support as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in a customer‑service related position.
3–5 years of experience in technical repairs.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to correctly perceive colors.
Physical requirements: ability to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs, sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate dexterity with tools, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
Offer of employment contingent upon security clearance, pre‑employment reference/background check, pre‑placement physical and drug testing requirements as applicable.

Compensation: $23/hr – $26/hr USD, based on skills, experience, education, and location. This figure may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency laws. Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
