Join us and lets power the future together!We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer for our Spain MarketJoin our dynamic European team!Key Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loopManage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitivenessAssist the field service team to complete the site commissioning workResponsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and releaseConduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building.Lead the development of after-sales service toolsRequirements:Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required)Strong learning ability and execution, project management backgroundBusiness fluent English and Spanish language skills, Chinese language skills would be considered a big plusPCS or DC system experience is preferred,Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales teamQuick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardshipsIdealy BESS industry background or respective experience
