ppMandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for an FB Supervisor. /p h3About the job /h3 pBased at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the FB Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and supporting smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest‑focused service across all outlets. /li liProviding guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance. /li liDelivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences. /li liMaintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings. /li liUpholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness. /li liEnsuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures. /li liTaking ownership of problem‑solving and supporting the team in daily challenges. /li liStepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development. /li /ul h3Experience and education /h3 ul liDegree in Hospitality Management or related field. /li li2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality. /li liProven experience leading and developing teams in Food Beverage. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liEfficiently manage staffing, shift planning, and daily operational needs. /li liMaintain high standards in menu presentation, table setup, and overall service flow. /li liHandle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary. /li liSupport training and on‑the‑job coaching, including role‑play exercises, to develop team skills and foster a positive work environment. /li liCommunicate clearly and proactively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations. /li /ul h3Our commitment to you /h3 ul liLearning Development: Your success is our success.
