Overview
Formamentis Group (FMTS Group) is recruiting Senior Consultants (Project Designers) specialised in European Project Design.
Main activities

Study and analysis of the call/topic.
Drafting of the technical‑descriptive section of the proposal (Part B), in full autonomy.
Review/adaptation of proposals with a view to resubmission.
Support in defining the project budget.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in drafting proposals for at least one of the above programmes.
Excellent knowledge of EU programming and of the European Commission’s cross‑cutting objectives and priorities.
Excellent writing skills, evidence‑based and impact‑oriented approach.
Proficiency in Theory of Change, Logical Framework, KPIs, etc.
Ability in research, context analysis, fact‑checking and knowledge of EU sources (e.g. Eurostat, CEDEFOP).
Excellent command of Part B sections and knowledge of the Commission’s evaluation criteria.
C1‑level knowledge of English.
Ability to work completely independently, towards objectives and deadlines.
Freelance status and possession of a VAT number.
Knowledge of a second and third European language and an academic/professional background consistent with the role (Degree or Master’s in EU Project Design and Management) will be considered strong competitive advantages.
Proactivity and effective work planning aimed at achieving objectives complete the profile.
